PharmaCore Phase I
This design/build project of 12,600 square feet included the upfit of offices, labs, clean rooms, chemical storage and dispensing and warehouse at the River Crossing Building. The scope included demolition, millwork, doors and hardware, glass and glazing, drywall, acoustical, floor, painting, HVAC, plumbing process piping, sprinkler, electrical and fire alarm installation.
